Becoming a Member

QAMT Online Registration

To become a QAMT please enter your details for either:

1. Individual Membership -or- 2. Institutional Membership

 

Account information
Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
Provide a password for the new account in both fields.
1. Personal Membership
Remember that these details are not required unless you are applying for a Personal Membership. If you are applying for an insitutional memberhsip, see section 2.
2. Institutional Membership
(for P-12 campuses, please provide the following additional contact details if required)
Group e-mail settings
Allows you to opt-out of group e-mails from privileged users. Note that site administrators are able to include you in mass e-mails even if you choose not to enable this feature, and the ability to opt-out may be removed by the administrator at any time.
